Best Real Estate Deals — BRED — honors the Albany region's biggest and most influential real estate sales, acquisitions and projects of 2022.
BRED celebrates developers with the vision to transform a site into something unique, the many professionals who translate that vision into reality, and the dealmakers who bring all the players together.
Finalists were chosen from nominations and Business Review reporting over the past year. Winners will be announced at a reception April 19. The Business Review will also be honoring one project for its widespread economic impact in the region.

Project of the Year: Plug Power's factory at the Vista Technology Park in Bethlehem.
Deal of the Year: A high-profile sale or acquisition that shows creativity, return on investment, and opportunity for further economic impact.

New Schroon Lake resort project
Dealmaker of the Year: A broker, agent or other similar professional who was key to making high-profile or influential deals happen.
