Urban Co-Works has opened its new offices in downtown Schenectady.
Located on the second floor of 430 Franklin St. across from city hall, it's a short walk from the previous site on the fourth floor of Center City at 433 State St.
The roughly 8,500-square-foot space is intended to provide affordable and flexible professional office options for a variety of users.
Coworking is a small but growing segment of the commercial real estate market in the Albany region.
